Once your booking is completed you will be given a booking reference number and you will be sent an e-mail with details of the services you have booked.
A deposit of 150 € per person must be made within 48 hours in order to confirm your booking.
Payment may be made by VISA card according to instructions in the e-mail.

Payment for the oustanding amount must be made up to 10 days before your arrival date.

Reservations
At all our offices you will find information on availability and prices of the 7,200 beds that Viajes Baqueira Beret has to offer in the Aran Valley and Pallars Sobirà regions. We recommend you make your booking as early as possible.
Orders will be confirmed by e-mail or by fax. Please check carefully that the details of dates, type of accommodation, facilities and number of people coincide with your original booking. If you have any doubts, please contact us, always quoting your booking reference number. We recommend you use our Entrega Exprés (Fast Delivery) service.
Your complete package with Viajes Baqueira Beret includes accommodation and various facilities at the ski resort, sport-touristic activities which take place outdoors, in the mountains where sometimes weather conditions can be adverse. This can sometimes lead to closures of some parts of the resort. For this reason, the resort’s facilities which have been booked are not refundable, except in the case where the resort is closed completely.
Hotels / Apartments
See check-in and check-out times under General Conditions. If for any reason you are obliged to delay your day of arrival, we will be unable to refund any services or facilities you have hired and not used. No pets are allowed except with the express authorisation of the hotel or apartments. The additional services and facilities (parking facilities, gym, Jacuzzi, spa, sauna, etc.) which some establishments have, are published for informative purposes and except when indicated to the contrary, are paid for directly at the moment of use.
The apartments have special rental conditions (deposit against damage, cleaning, number of persons, etc.) that we recommend you consult under General Conditions.
Ski Pass / Ski resort
The ski pass gives you unlimited access to the skiable area of Baqueira/Beret/Bonaigua which is open to the public at the moment of skiing. The pass is personal and non-transferable, and the resort is not responsible for its loss.
The ski courses have limited places; see the different courses and times.
It is obligatory to attend the classes on the first day and changes or cancellations cannot be made once the course has started.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Ask for your EXPRESS DELIVERY service: by paying the outstanding amount of your booking 10 days before your arrival date, you will receive all informationa and documents (hotel vouchers, ski passes, ski school, etc.) at the reception of your chosen accommodation.
1.- Legal regulations.
The contract, which shall be binding for both parties according to the terms stated herein, is defined by the clauses contained in the General Conditions published in this brochure/leaflet, which implement and develop the specific legislation applicable without infringement, with the addition of the specific stipulations agreed between Agency and Consumer. All the above form the package holiday's contract, given that in the same a pack of previously arranged services offered at an overall price, or planned at the client's request, also at an overall price.
By purchasing or participating in the holiday referred to in the brochure/leaflet, the consumer accepts each and every one of the General Conditions, which shall be automatically included in the contract, without the need for a written transcription of said contract.
2.- Organisation
This package holiday has been organised by VIAJES BAQUEIRA BERET, CIF A - 25051053 address Afores s/n, 25598 Salardu, licence number GC - 26 MD.
3.- Inscriptions and refunds.
At the moment of booking a deposit of 150.00 € is to be made. Without this deposit, no confirmation of reservation shall be considered. Booking confirmation shall be made via e-mail always prior to the formalisation of the contract. The remaining amount shall be paid at least ten (10) days before the arrival date. Failure to do so will suppose the cancellation of the booking, in which case the conditions set out in Cancellations will be applicable. The client will receive the corresponding documentation (hotel voucher, ski pass and /or ski course voucher) at the hotel reception via our Express Delivery service.
Bookings can be made at any of our Baqueira Beret offices or through your travel agent.
The prices indicated in the brochure- leaflet are inclusive of indirect taxes, applicable at the time of printing. In the case where variation in VAT may occur, the difference will be automatically charged to the client, unless this variation occurs less than twenty (20) days prior to arrival date. In this case, the client may cancel the holiday with right to full refund of all payments made. The refund will always be made at the travel agency where the booking was made. No refund shall be given for any services hired and not used by client voluntarily.
Skiing is an outdoor leisure activity, which takes place in the high mountains and as such can be subject to adverse weather conditions. Such circumstances may lead to the partial closure of the Resort. Should this occur, any services hired by the client shall not be refundable except in the case where the Resort is closed completely.
Any services not used due to accident on the slopes will be calculated according to the cost of individual services. In these cases the corresponding doctor's certificate must be presented at the Resort's offices and the ski pass returned within 24 hours.
4.- The price of the Package holiday includes:
Accommodation for seven, six or five days in hotels or apartments, according to type of board chosen, which in the brochure is identified as:
BB: Bed and breakfast
HB: Half board (accommodation, breakfast and evening meal)
AO: Accommodation only.
Ski pass entitling unlimited use of ski lifts within Baqueira, Beret and Bonaigua’s skiable areas when they are open, for five or six days. For different packages see description on pages ----- and subject to the dates indicated on the season’s calendars.
The Flexi - Ski package allows, from three nights hotel accommodation and three-day ski pass, the organisation of your stay (subject to availability) with total freedom of dates. These prices are calculated per person and per night.
The price does not include ski lessons, which are considered extra. Places on the courses given by our teachers at the Era Escola ski school are limited, regardless of whether the client has classes in other ski schools. Should you decide to choose our courses, we strongly recommend you make your booking as soon as possible. Attendance is obligatory on the first day of classes and no changes /cancellations may be accepted once the course has begun. Insurance in case of accident is not included in the price of the holiday. An optional insurance is available which should coincide with covers the days when skiing. As a general rule, a strict criteria has to be followed, whereby only that which is specifically stated as being included in the price, is included
5.- Cancellations.
The client may, at any time, cancel any services hired or ordered, with the right to the refund of the amount he/she has paid, whether this be the entire payment or the deposit. The client shall, however, compensate the Agency for the following:
- 5 % of the total amount if the cancellation takes place between ten (10) days and twenty (20) days inclusive of the arrival date
- 25 % > if the cancellation takes place within three (3) days and nine (9) days inclusive of the arrival date
- 50 % > if the cancellation takes place within 48 hours of the arrival date.
In the case where the client fails to arrive without prior notification of cancellation, he/she will be liable to make the total payment of the booking
6.- Important information about hotels and apartments
The present legislation establishes the official tourist category and the category of single and double rooms. In some double rooms a third or fourth bed may be incorporated always with the prior knowledge and consent of the persons occupying the room. This will be understood from the type of booking made, and the existence of a third or fourth bed will be stated on all the booking forms and definitive holiday documents.
The hotel rooms will be available from 5 pm on the day of arrival and the rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the departure day.
With the exception of 5-day stays where departure day is Friday at 2 pm. Please notify your accommodation should you be arriving after 9 pm. We recommend these times are respected in order to avoid any inconveniences.
No pets are allowed in the hotels or apartments, without the expressed authorisation of the establishment.
Regarding the renting of apartments, the client is totally and exclusively responsible for stating the correct number of persons who will be occupying the apartment, including all children of all ages. The apartments' administration reserves the right to refuse entrance to those persons not declared, without possible reclamation should this circumstance arise. The total number of places in an apartment corresponds to the number of beds available, which may include double beds, bunk-beds, sofa-beds and single beds. In certain cases, supplementary beds or cots may be provided for which an additional charge to the published price will be made.
The client shall pay a deposit at the apartment reception in case of any damage or breakages which may occur to the apartment during the client's stay.
The apartments are rented fully furnished with linen and household equipment corresponding to the number of persons staying there. Daily cleaning service except kitchen. Towel change once a week. No cleaning service in the Timeshare and Solneu apartments on Sundays or Public Holidays.
The renting of the Nin de Beret/Floc de Neu, Ruda 1500, apartments, houses and chalets does not include electricity, heating or wood consumption, which shall be billed to the client on departure. The client shall pay a deposit of 200 € as a guarantee in case of damage. Keys may be collected during office hours at the place and times indicated in each establishment’s brochure.
7.- Special conditions for children.
Given the wide range of circumstances applicable to children, according to age, type of establishment, and date of holiday, we recommend the conditions of each establishment are consulted, which in general are applicable where the child shares a double room with two adults. Maximum 11 years of age. Children under six and adults over 70 may obtain free ski passes on presentation of a valid form of identity, (Family book, ID card or passport).
8.- Liability
The Organising Travel Agency and seller of the Package Holiday shall answer, in proportion to its corresponding obligations as organiser of the holiday, to carry out its obligations as stipulated in the client's contract, independently of whether the above-mentioned obligations shall be carried out by them or by other service suppliers, without prejudice to the right of the Organising Agency to take action against the same, and always within the limits established in the General Conditions and the applicable legislation. If at any time during his/her stay the client believes a part of the holiday's service to be unfulfilled or inadequately fulfilled, notification should be made immediately to the organisation responsible for said services and within a period of 48 hours to the Travel Agency concerned in order that the appropriate measures be taken. In the case where the customer fails to notify the Organising Agency of the problem, it will be the Client who will have to prove the failure to fulfil the specifications of the contract before the Organising Agency or the General Tourist Board Management, as beyond this period of 48 hours it is impossible for the Organising Agency to prove the veracity of the allegation and reach a satisfactory solution for all parties involved.
If the arbitrated solution is not to the client’s satisfaction, the client may file a claim within a one-month period, from the departure date, before the Organising Travel Agency though the Selling Agency, providing the claim is made within two working days following the event. Nevertheless, the presentation of such a claim does not release the client from any payment of the Holiday.
